The property is often fully booked, and late check-outs are usually not possible. If you request a later check out, please ask at least two days prior.
We are pet friendly! All pets require prior authorization from management, along with a paid pet fee and deposit. At no time are any pets to be on the couch or any furniture. Failure to comply with this will result in an extra cleaning fee TDB. Unauthorized pets will not be permitted to stay. A $250 fee will be charged if guests do not pick up after their dog. All dogs are expected to behave and must be on leash while on the beach and picked up after. The backyard is NOT fenced.
Being on the bay, at times we experience extremely high winds. Please keep umbrellas down during these times and secure towels and belongings.
If you have an accidental spill on the white living room sofa, please attend to it immediately to avoid permanent staining. Please notify us right away as this is a very expensive couch.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke in the backyard only. There is a Smoking penalty of $1000 towards sterilization and deep cleaning, from smoking odors or indoor smoking evidence through AC filters. There is a $200 fine for cigarette butts lying around property after check out.
The grill is propane. The grill tools are in the kitchen drawer next to the stove. Please clean after your use. Please turn off the propane tank by turning the valve on the tank.
There are three smart TV’s: one in the master suite, one in 2nd floor living room and one on ground floor living room. Please, if you adjust settings, return them to the setting you 5 found them in. If you go on to your Netflix/ hulu / etc. please don’t forget to log out!
Our landscapers cut the grass and use blowers every week.
We have automatic sprinklers.
The laundry room is located on the top floor. Empty lint trap after each dryer cycle. Please do not overload the washer or dryer. Attend to laundry in a prompt manner.
Cleaning products are located under the kitchen sink. We provide initial start-up paper goods, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Please replenish as needed.
Please bring back bicycles to shed after use and do not leave unattended. Missing bike fee: $200.
The thermostat is located on the second floor next to the kitchen. When using air conditioning (cool) Do not adjust below 70F degrees. Doing so will result in breakdown and freezing of unit parts. When the AC or heat is running, please make sure ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE CLOSED!
Trash cans are located next to the shed. We have a third party that will bring them to the street on Wednesday and back to where they belong on Thursday. All trash must be bagged. Do not leave garbage in the garage or inside the house, this will result in unwanted pests/bugs! Please, please remember to bring cans to the street accordingly.
Flush only toilet paper in toilets! ALL other items must be placed in trash. Guests will be responsible for misuse, stoppages & plumber bills. Absolutely no wipes are allowed in the toilet!
NO Illegal or unethical activity will be permitted at the property. Parties are not permitted. If such activity is suspected, police will be called and guests will be asked to vacate property immediately.
